Experience and potential.
We look at every application for what it brings today and what it could become. Pick the profile closest to yours and the form will adapt.
For technicians and installers with at least two years' experience in networks, automation or electrical work. Working independently on site and running jobs yourself.
For students, recent school leavers and anyone coming into the trade without direct experience. On-the-job mentoring, in-house training and goals set around you.
