One design
Network, electrics, room automation and heating come from the same plan. We follow the work from the site visit to commissioning, and you can still reach us afterwards.
Our own team
Design, installation and support are all handled directly by our staff.
Support during the season
The number is answered every day of the year, public holidays included: our customer service team assesses the request and sends out the on-call technician. That goes for weekends and August too, when your property is at its busiest.
Local presence
We work mainly on northern Lake Garda and in the provinces of Trento, Verona and Brescia.
What people ask us before we start.
Can you work while the hotel is open?
Yes. We organise the work in phases, one floor or group of rooms at a time, agreeing the stages and times with the management in advance. The most disruptive jobs, such as replacing the main electrical risers, are still easier to do while you're closed.
When in the year do you work in hotels?
In the seasonal hotels on northern Lake Garda we work mostly between November and March. We do the site visit and design a few months earlier: that's when cable routes, boards and materials are decided.
Do you also take on work on a single system?
Yes. Many requests are about one area only: the Wi-Fi to redo, the access control to replace, the distribution board to upgrade. In those cases we design the work so it can be connected to the other systems later.
What technology do you install?
Ubiquiti for networks, Siemens and ABB for automation and electrics. The choice depends on what the installation needs and what the property already has: where there's a recent system, we look at integrating it before replacing it.
How do we get to a quote?
Through the site visit. We check the state of the installations, gather what management and staff need, then put together a written proposal with the work itemised.
