Industrial automation and PLC systems
We design automation for industrial plants: PLC programming, control panels, process monitoring and upgrades to existing machines. We handle installation, commissioning and support ourselves.
Designed for production.
Every production plant has its own needs: uptime, maintenance that's practical, cycles that stay predictable over time. We develop the automation, the control panel and the software as one project, so the parts are designed to work together from the start.
Where almost every request starts.
These are the cases we see most often. If one of them looks like what you have on your shop floor, you already know it's our kind of job.
The line stops for no obvious reason.
We analyse the machine cycle and develop diagnostics and alarms that help find the cause of the stoppage quickly.
My machine is still sound, but its electronics are no longer supported.
Retrofit: we update the PLC, control panel and sensors while keeping the mechanics that still work well. The machine is back in service with up-to-date technical documentation.
A cycle we still do by hand ties up our people.
A PLC runs the cycle consistently, without the mistakes that come with fatigue. Operators go back to tasks where their work counts for more.
I need a control panel built around my process.
We design and wire the panel around the machine's real logic, with the wiring diagram and documentation supplied.
I want to see what the plant is doing even when I'm not there.
Monitoring and remote access: status, alarms and process data on a panel or remotely, with a searchable history.
I have equipment from different brands that doesn't talk to each other.
Integration: we get it all working as one system, starting from what's already installed and without unnecessary replacements.
From the logic to the panel, one job.
Six areas held together by one technical design, from the control logic to the finished panel.
PLC automation
PLC software for production lines, automatic machines and industrial plants: process logic, safety handling, production recipes and on-site commissioning.
Custom-built control panels
Control panels designed around the plant's needs, complete with wiring diagram, bill of materials, technical documentation and declaration of conformity.
Monitoring and remote control
HMI and SCADA systems to monitor the plant, check alarms and collect production data, remotely as well, with a searchable history.
Retrofits and revamps
Machines that are still mechanically sound, brought back into service with new controls: PLC, panel and sensors updated on the existing structure.
Integrating different brands
Equipment from different manufacturers brought together into one system, starting from what's already there.
Custom boards and controllers
When the right product doesn't exist off the shelf, we design the board: circuit, firmware and on-site testing.
You can also judge a plant by what's inside.
Labelled panels, tidy trunking, equipment you can reach for maintenance. That's what lets whoever comes next, us or your own maintenance team, understand the plant in half an hour rather than half a day.
How we see a plant through.
The same team throughout
The same team handles design, software development, wiring and start-up. Whoever comes later for support really knows the plant.
Design before installation
Before installation we define wiring diagrams, documentation and operating logic. Arriving on site with the design already worked out cuts time and surprises.
Testing on the real process
Before handover we test the plant under real operating conditions, checking that every cycle does what the design says.
Support all year round
One number, answered every day of the year: our customer service team takes the call, assesses the request and sends out the on-call technician. Every plant is documented, so whoever comes already knows how it's built.
What clients ask before we begin.
Which PLCs and brands do you work with?
Mainly Siemens and ABB, for PLCs as well as automation and drives. The choice depends on the process and what's already installed: where there's a recent system, we look at integrating it before any replacement.
Can you bring an old machine back into service?
Yes, that's what a retrofit is. If the mechanical structure is still sound, we replace the PLC, panel and sensors and keep the machine: it goes back into the line with modern, documented controls.
Is the person who writes the software the same one who builds the panel?
Yes, the same team handles PLC logic, panel wiring and start-up. You notice it at commissioning and in support: when something needs fixing, it doesn't get passed back and forth between suppliers.
Is remote access secure?
Remote access uses encrypted connections and dedicated accounts, kept separate from the production network. The plant stays reachable for diagnostics and support without being exposed to the outside.
How do we get to a quote?
Through a technical site visit. We look at the process, the line constraints and what's already in place, then put together a written proposal with the work itemised. That way the quote reflects what the plant really needs.
Let's see whether your process can be automated.
We come and look at the line up close and assess feasibility before talking about quotes. If our analysis shows automation wouldn't pay off, we'll tell you.
